Something that all managers have to do is lead meetings and we can all agree that we've been in meetings before that were less than enjoyable. As a leader, you want to make sure that you're leading meetings that are effective.
If you're in a customer-facing role, you will often have to deal with people who are aggressive, abusive, unreasonable or even reasonable or people who are simply stressed out. How do you make these conversations easier and less stressful for you and your customer?

Getting your first job can be hard. Some of us get our first job in high school whether it's an ice cream shop, a babysitter, or doing part-time promotions. Others get their first job in college, either through an internship programme or simply by working part-time, and then some of us get a job right after graduating. Getting your first job is really hard, especially entering the workforce for the first time.
Having all the freedom to study online is nice, but this might make it difficult to focus and start studying. When learning online you need to become a self-directed learner.

If you have an awesome work ethic, a desire to make an unlimited amount of money and a skin thick enough to make cold calls then this just might be the position for you. The financial reward is great. You can make as much as you're willing to work for.
